2001 SEADOO CHALLENGER 1800. This is my personal boat. It only has 44 hours on it's powerful but economical 240 h.p. Mercury V-6. This is the desired motor to have in these boats, it will out run the dual rotax engines and it has half of the maintenance and better fuel mileage. This boat has been pampered, it has a few scuffs as any boat does, but is is the NICEST 01 you will ever find. Do your home work, these are the boats to have. I installed a new JVC stereo last summer, all the routine maintenance has been done. I run the Mercury power tune every other tank and I only run premium fuel. I purchased a new Norshel trailer, that was custom made for this boat in August of 08. The seadoo trailer was a junky trailer from the get go, it never pulled right. If you have never owned or rode in a Seadoo boat, you have a surprise in store. This boat will rip, and I mean RIP 3 skiers out of the water, and it will do everything a set down Seadoo will do. You can spin this boat around at 55 mph, you can submarine this boat and put 12" of water inside of it and it will have it pumped out in under a minute. Seadoo used to say they were un sinkable, and they are supposed to be. You can drive this boat 55 mph with the top up and stay in the shade. Jet boats are GREAT for kids since there is NO prop to worry about, and no one can get hurt even with it running. These boats are incredible and this boat's MSRP was well over 20k new. If you want an affordable way to have a blast on the water, look no further. Everything is in absolutely perfect working order, every gauge, every light, EVERYTHING. I also have the factory Seadoo cover. You will not be disappointed.
