LIMITED WARRANTY

UTV, ATV, Dirt Bike, Moped, and Go-Kart products:
One Year Warranty (All Models)
Your new Supermach Go-Kart, UTV, ATV, Moped, and Dirt Bike products come with a 1 year factory warranty on the engine and transmission. The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
Six Months Warranty (All products over 400cc)
Your new Supermach Go-Kart, UTV(500,700,&800), & ATV(500&700) products come with a 180-day factory warranty on all other parts excluding: tires, batteries, brakes, and body parts. The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
Three Months Warranty (All products under 400cc)
Your new Supermach Moped, ATV, and Dirt Bike products come with a factory’s 90-day warranty on all parts other than those that are subject to normal wear and tear. These items include, but are not limited to: tires, batteries, throttle cables, shift cables, brake cables, torque converter system, chain, seats, lights, brakes, and cosmetic body parts. The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.

Additional Warranty Information: 180-day and 90-day warranty’s exists against defects in material or workmanship as determined by US Titan Inc in its sole discretion for products.
US Titan Inc, if notified of a defect in material or workmanship during the period of warranty, will replace, at its option, defective parts at no charge, other than the reasonable cost for the transportation of the component (s). The original purchaser must operate the vehicle and maintain the vehicle in accordance with the instructions provided on the user’s manual, the supplements hereto, and labels affixed to the vehicle.
General Exclusion: This limited warranty does not cover component failure of damage caused by any of the following: abnormal strain or stress, neglect, abuse; improper maintenance, improper use of the vehicle, including, but not limited to racing, jumping, stunt driving, or any other uses prohibited by the User’s Manual. Additionally, this warranty does not cover component failure or damage to vehicles which are leased or rented, or vehicles which are used at a concession track.
Specific Exclusion: This limited warranty does not apply to components, which are subject to normal wear and tear. These items include, but not limited to, tires, batteries, throttle cables, shift cables, brake cables, torque converter system, chain, seats, lights, brakes, and cosmetic body parts.
Warranty Service: This warranty begins on the date of purchase by the customer. The customer must provide the dealer with a copy of his or her receipt to verify purchase date. This receipt should be sent to US Titan Inc with the warranty paperwork for each Supermach Product. To be eligible for this warranty you must return your Supermach product to the local authorized dealer or service center. The authorized dealer or service center will inspect the product to determine what warranty parts are needed and if the problem meets the requirements of US Titan Inc’s Limited Warranty Policy. US TITAN INC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEED THE OBLIGATIONS AND TIME LIMITATIONS SPECIFIED IN THE WARRANTY ABOVE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY US TITAN INC AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. ADDITIONALLY, THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE. SOME STATES, PROVINCES OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW A MANUFACTURER TO EXCLUDE OR LIMIT INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND, THEREFORE, THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. SOME STATES, PROVINCES OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY WILL LAST; IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH VARY, FROM STATE TO STATE PROVINCE TO PROVINCE OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
